We strive to ship all orders within one business day. Please note that shipping services do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping with Australia Post
We offer both Express and Standard tracked shipping using Australia Post.
Standard - between 5-10 business days (depending on location)
Express - between 2-5 business days (depending on location)
The estimated delivery times do not guarantee delivery. Refunds will not be provided for late delivery.
A tracking number will be provided to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Any rejected shipments will incur a return shipping fee.

International Shipping
Currently, we are unable to offer international shipping; however, please contact us for more information to discuss on a case-by-case basis.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Shipping costs will not be refunded for change-of-mind returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and unopened in its original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for packaging the item safely and for the cost of return shipping. Opened or damaged items will not be accepted for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty
If there are any defects upon receipt of the item, we will assess and replace the item at our discretion.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you quickly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
